Our Story

Unphogettable is the realization of Trang’s dream, one rooted in resilience, family, and a love for Vietnamese food.

After coming to America with very little, Trang longed for the flavors of home. While working long days at a nail salon, she cooked Vietnamese meals for friends and coworkers who became family, sharing comfort and connection through food.

That passion grew into a dream of serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the community. Today, Unphogettable honors that journey—each dish prepared with care, tradition, and heart.

Trang, our chef, is the heart of Unphogettable—a devoted mother whose dedication, resilience, and love are woven into every dish. After years of refining family recipes passed down through generations, she is the only chef to have truly mastered their balance, depth, and soul.

Her cooking is guided by patience, intuition, and tradition—each bowl prepared with the same care she gives her family. This is not just skill, but mastery earned through a lifetime of devotion.
